Films and documentaries from Bangladesh, Spain, Brazil, Canada, and the US shed light on different aspects of intersectionality and the multiple identities that shape individuals. The stories highlight how gender, social status, community, personal narrative, and artistic expression are linked to the way each person perceives themselves and claims space in social life. Through portraits of everyday life, relationships, creativity, and self-determination, the films invite a broader reflection on self-definition, diversity, and the social conditions that influence accessibility, visibility, and participation. The online screening is accompanied by a discussion with experts, enhancing the understanding of the multiple dimensions that make up the human experience through the lens of disability.
