Matjaž Debevc

Dr. Matjaž Debevc, retired Associate Professor work at the University of Maribor, Slovenia, at the Institute for Media Communication. His research interests include human-computer interaction, usability, e-learning, visual communication and accessibility. This expertise is principally at the technical level as well as at contributing to the development of policies and qualification frameworks for such activities. He participated as leader and partner in more than 70 EU and national projects.

Angeliki Petrou

Angeliki holds a BA in Film Studies from Middlesex
University in London, and a Master’s degree in
Contemporary Cinema Cultures from King’s College.
She is the International Program Coordinator of the
Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival
(TiDF), a senior member of both the Thessaloniki
International Documentary Festival and the
Thessaloniki International Film Festival (TIFF) team
since 2007, and has participated in the production of
more than 30 festival editions. For the past 10 years,
she has been programming the Youth Section
(NextGen) of both TiDFand TIFF, as well as organizing
tributes and spotlights for TIFF and its annual activity.

Maria Tsakiri

Lecturer at the European University of Cyprus with 16 years of experience in teaching and supporting students and children with disabilities at all levels of education (https://euc.ac.cy/el/faculty-profiles/maria-tsakiri/). Her current research interests lie in inclusive education, disability policies and activism, cross-sectoralism, as well as cultural representations and film festivals on disability.

Georgia Fyka

Social worker, MA in Disability Studies at the University of Leeds and Health Services Management. She has been involved for many years in supporting the rights of people with disabilities with a key interest in disability policies and the Movement for Independent Living. She has worked as a General Manager at THE DISABILITY NOW and the www.disabled.gr in a series of programs and studies on disability, such as employment, tourism, independent living, education, etc. She participates in voluntary disability organizations such as the association ALLI OPISI, www.alli-opsi.gr, which is a founding member and former president, the Movement of Disabled Artists and the Movement for the Emancipation of disabled people: ZERO TOLERANCE (https://www.facebook.com/DisArtMove/)

Spyros Dadanidis

Spyros is a graduate of the Film School of Kingston University in England, CoCreator of CoolCrips and vice-president of the Association "Perpato". His documentary "The journey of our masks" was awarded at the 2nd Festival "Reflection of disability in art".
